REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Parking Regulations on Johnson Drive (Continued fro~..3-25-8.0~ 4-22780~ and 5-..13,80) Mr. Levine presented his report dated March 20, 1980, regarding this matter. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that there be no parking or standing of all vehicles on Johnson Drive from Tennis Town to the southern most end of Johnson Drive on both sides between the hours of 2:00 a.m. -. 6:00 a.m. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES':' Councilmember Kaphart and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Wood ABSENT: None ' After further discussion, it Was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Council- member Kephart, that Resolution No. 80-145, amending Resolution No-. 76-79 (Establish- ing traffic regulations for City streets) by adding Section 13.5 relating to No Park- ing for trucks and/or trailers over 20 feet in length on Johnson Drive from Tennis Town to the-southern most end of Johnson Drive on both sides at any time, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Councilmember Kephart left the meeting at 11:10 P.M. Report on Condominium Conversions This item was moved to item 10a on the agenda and discussed under Special Reports. Denial of Claim - Heinricy Mr. Levine presented his report dated May 22, 1980, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 80-146, denying the Claim against the City by Mildred Heinricy and Joan Belton, and referring the matter to the City Attorney for handling, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart Report Re: Cancellation of Taxes Resolution Mr. Levine presented his report dated May 21, 1980, regarding this matter. It ~as moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 80-147, consenting to the cancellation of uncollected City taxes, penalties and costs based on the consent of the County Legal Advisor, be adopted.
