It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 80-104, after hearing no objections at the public hearing, authorize <br />the appropriate staff members to proceed with the abatement of the nuisance caused <br />by noxious or dangerous weeds growing on certain properties in the City of Pleasanton <br />as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A to Resolution No. 80-67, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Kephart and Wood <br /> <br />An ordinance adoptinK. by reference the 1979 Editions of the Uniform Building Code~ <br />the Uniform Plumbing Code} the Un~fgrm..M~9h~nical Code} the Uniform Housing Code, <br />the Uniform Fire.
