REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Method of Redistribution of Property Tax Revenues of Annexed Property <br /> Mayor Brandes stated this matter had been reviewed by the Mayors' Conference <br />and the City Managers' Committee of the Mayors' Conference. He advised that pro- <br />blems had been worked out with the Alameda County Board of Supervisors. Mayor <br />Brandes stated he saw no reason not to support this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated March 17, 1980, regarding this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Resolution No. 80-74, approving the County-wide method for redistribution <br />of property tax revenues following annexation or certain other Jurisdictional <br />changes, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Pretreatment Program for Commercial and Industrial Sewerage <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated March 19, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 80-75, approving that the City pursue the <br />Pretreatment Program for Commercial and Industrial Sewerage Jointly with Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District and authorize the payment of one-half of the total <br />cost of $3,338.00 of Task A, the Work Plan Developmentof the proposed agreement <br />between DSRSD and Brown and Caldwell, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Clarification of Scope of Work for the Land Use/Circulation Review Committee <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated March 19, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by CoUncilmember Butler, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mercer, directing staff to inform the Land Use/Circulation Review <br />Committee to continue with the original specific charge as set forth in Staff <br />Report SR 80:8, dated December 31, 1979, with completion by June, then to review <br />the area north of 1-580 if time permits. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested a status report as to what had been accom- <br />plished by the Land Use/Circulation Review Committee up to this time, <br /> <br />Time Extension for Tract 4263 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated March 19, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Mayor Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 80-76, approving a one year time extension of Tentative Tract Map <br />4263, expiring 10/10/81, to SAVCO Construction Company for the 4.9 acre parcel <br />located on the south side of Junipero Street in Mission Park on which a 40 unit <br />garden court home complex is proposed, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 8. 3/25/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
