Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Frank Auf der Maur, 599 Pico Avenue, owner of two of the pieces of pro- <br />perty for rezoning, stated he favored the rezon~ng of the parcels. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing <br />closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 80-73, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would. occur <br />as outlined in the City's guidelines, that traffic impacts are no different at this <br />time, and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate to fezone those sites located <br />on the north side of Vineyard Avenue which are fully developed as apartment pro- <br />Jects from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential, 11 units per acre) District to those <br />zoning districts under which the sites were developed, including the following <br />locations: 3767 Vineyard Avenue, Wisteria Lane Apartments -RM-4000 to RM-2500; <br />3819 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton Greens Apartments -RM-4000 to RM-2500; 3955 <br />Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apartments - RM-4000 to PUD High Density Residential <br />(23 to 25 units per acre); 4095 Vineyard Avenue, Vintage Townhouse - RM-4000 to <br />RM-1500; 3969 Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apartments - RM-4000 to RM-2500, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart ;'~ <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br />that Ordinance No. 930, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approving the application of the Planning Commission to fezone those <br />sites located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue which are fully developed as <br />apartment projects from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential, 11 units per acre) <br />District to those zoning districts under which the sites were developed, includ- <br />ing the following locations: 3767 Vineyard Avenue, WisteriaLane Apartments - <br />RM-4000 to RM-2500; 3819 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton Greens Apartments - RM-4000 <br />to RM-2500; 3955 Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apartments - RM-4000 to PUD High <br />Density Residential (23 to 25 units per acre); 4095 Vineyard Avenue, Vintage <br />Townhouse - RM-4000 to RM-1500; 3969 Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apartments - <br />RM-4000 to RM-2500, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Application of the Planning Commission to amend Section 2-5.35 of Article 3, <br />Chapter 2~ Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow <br />commercial and industrial subdivisions without re~ard to the minimum site re- <br />r.equirements after.a project has been built and/or approved for building. <br />Minor changes to other sections would be made to conform to the purposes and <br />intent of this revision <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated March 18, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> 6. 3/25/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
