53 <br /> <br />"That a slump stone wall similar in height, color and appearance to the existing <br />Valley Bank wall be constructed along the 59.91 ft., and 22 ft., sections of the <br />northwestern property lines and from the 22 ft., segment to the northeastern corner <br />of Building 'E' and that the two existing fences along those property lines be <br />removed". <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Mayor Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 80-71, determining on the basis of a review of initial environ- <br />mental study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact <br />would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a Negative Declaration <br />is appropriate for design review approval for a commercial/office complex con- <br />sisting of three buildings containing a total of 16,653 sq. ft. to be located at <br />235 Main.
