The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Kephart It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 927, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 3.2 acre site located on the north side of Black Avenue between Harvest R6ad and Crestline Road from the RM-2500 (Multiple-Residential, 17 units per acre) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple-Residential, 11 units per acre) Dist;ict, be introduced.
