MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr. Robert Pearson, 3590 Churchill Court, inquired as to when the comprehensive <br />sewer report would be completed. The City Manager advised that it should be finished <br />by the end of the week and that Mr. Pearson would receive a copy. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Appeal of George Canessa of a decision of the Plannin~ Commission dep~ing his <br />a~plication for a Conditional Use Permit which would allow many of the conditional <br />uses in the C-S (Commercial Services) District to locate in the Commercial Service <br />Establishment at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard <br />'Mr. Harris presented his report dated January 16, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> ..Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> ~.~r. George Canessa, 3796 Pinot Court, stated he concurred with staff recommenda- <br />tions for approval of the appropriate uses but excluding heating and air conditioning <br />shops and prefabricated structures sales, as set forth in Staff Report 80:21. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council-' <br />member Butler, that Resolution No. 80-24, approving the appeal of George Canessa of <br />a decision of the Planning Commission denying his application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit which would allow many of the conditional uses in the C-S (Commercial Ser- <br />vice) District to locate in the Commercial Service Establishment at 3724-32 Stanley <br />Boulevard with conditions and restrictions as set forth in the report of the Director <br />of Planning and Community Development (SR 80:21) dated January 16, 1980, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councihnan Kephart <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />RAP - Selection of Pro3ects for 1980 <br /> Mayor Brandes stated that public testimony had been taken on this item at Special <br />Meetings held on January 14 and January 15, 1980, and that it was now in order for <br />Council to make their decision on the selection of projects for Residential Alloca- <br />tion Program allocations for 1980. Council considered each application and took the <br />following actions relative to points. <br /> <br />79-01 Wilson~ Tra.ct 4473 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />79-01 Wilson, Tract 4473, be awarded a total of 60 points, as shown in the staff re- <br />commendation. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />79.-01~.
