75 <br /> <br />79-02 ~Iission Park Inv.~ PUD-77-10 <br /> Councilmember Kephart stated he felt this project meritee 64 points. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Mayor <br />Brandes, that this project at awarded 78 points, with 15 points allocated for Dolores <br />Drive as a Missing Link. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilman Mercer and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, and Wood <br />ABSEnt: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded-by <br />Councilmember Wood, that 79-02 Mission Park Investors, PUD-77-10, be awarded a total <br />of 64 points, the staff recommendation plus an extra point for Design. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, and Wood <br />NOES: Councilman Mercer and Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />79-03 Wilson~ PUD-79-4 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />79-03 Wilson, PUD-79-4, be awarded a total of 52 points, as shown in the staff recom- <br />mendation. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilman Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer stated he felt Design should receive 2 additional points. <br /> <br />79-05 Northwood t{omes~ Oak .Hill <br /> Councilmember Mercer stated he felt this project should receive 40 points. <br />Councilmember Butler stated he felt it should receive 39 points. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Mercer, that 79-05 Northwood Homes, Oak Hill, be awarded a total of 41 points, as <br />shown in the staff recommendation plus an extra point for Design. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />79-06 Crocker Home. S~. Parkside <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />this project receive a total of 65 points. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he could not support his. He re-emphasized the <br />traffic circulation. He stated he felt this project should receive an additional <br />3 points for In-kind Services; 2 points for the tennis courts, and 1 point for the <br />increase in cost of the access road. <br /> <br /> Councilmember ~ercer stated he felt In-kind Services should receive 6 points; <br />3 points for the tennis courts which had to be moved at the request of the Park and <br />Recreation Commission, and 3 points for the additional right-of-way required by the <br />City for the street, making a total of 76 points for this project. <br /> <br /> 6. 1/22/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
