Adoption of Ordinance No. 922, ~mending the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton by adding Chapter 8, Title IV, to require business proprietors <br /> to exclude minors from any room or place where devices, contrivances, instru- <br /> ments or paraphernalia used, altered or modified for the purpose of smoking, <br /> injecting or consuming mariJuana, hashish, PCP, or any controlled substance <br /> is displayed or offered for sale. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 924, rezoning the 69 acres located on the south side <br /> of Valley Avenue and immediately easterly of the residences along Kolln Street <br /> (John and Joan Caroline) from the I-P (Public and Institutional) District to <br /> the PLY-Industrial (Planned Unit Development-Industrial) District and for <br /> development plan approval for a business/industrial park complex. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 925, rezoning a 27,135 sq. ft. parcel of land located <br /> izn~.ediately behind the Lynnewood Methodist Church at 4444 Black Avenue (Pleasan- <br /> ton Surgery Center), from the "P" (Public and Institutional) District to the "0" <br /> (Office) District. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-18, ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 76, <br /> Suno! Boulevard. <br /> <br />g. Support by letter Senate Bill 547, the Parklands and Renewable Resources In- <br /> vestment Bond issue. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-19, approving the Extension of Time Limits: City- <br /> Willow West Agreement for a period of 120 days from January 24, 1980. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes' <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />Appgintment of Land Use/Circulation Review Committee Members <br /> Mayor Brandes stated it was now in order for Council to make their selection to <br />the Land Use/Circulation Element Review Committee. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, to <br />accept the recommendations of the Planning Commission, Park and Recreation Commis- <br />sion, Human Services Commission and the PleasantoB Housing Authority Board, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Planning Commission (2) Ken Geppert, Chairman <br /> Joyce Getty <br /> <br /> Park and Recreation Commission Jack Keegan <br /> Human Services Commission Sharon Kosch <br /> Housing Authority Board Yvan Albert <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 2. 1/22/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
