<br /> Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 923 was introduced on December 11, 1979,
<br /> by a vote of 3-Ayes, 2-Noes, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.

<br /> Ordinance No. 923, amending Section 4-1.28, Article 1, Chapter 2 (Special Permits),
<br /> Title IV (Health, Safety, Moral and General Welfare), of the Ordinance Code of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton relating to Solicitors Permits, be adopted.

<br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated December 27, 1979, regarding this matter,
<br /> stating that at the Council meeting of December 11, 1979, the motion to approve
<br /> "A e" and the
<br /> this application was defeated by a vote of four "Noes" and one y ,
<br /> application was, therefore, deemed denied, and that if the attached resolution
<br /> for denial meets with Council's approval and represented the result of the action
<br /> at the Council meeting of December 11, 1979, it is recommended that the resolution
<br /> be approved.
