Adoption of Resolution No. 81-201, accepting Project No. 81-3, Electrollers at <br /> Creeks Bend (Tract 3359) and Vintage Hills (Tract 4119), approving payment to <br /> Steiny and Company in the amount of $9,550.80, and authorize filing of Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Wood requested that staff prepare a study to see whether or not <br />it would be feasible to annex the area from Mohr Avenue to the Livermore Airport. <br />Mayor Mercer stated that at the August meeting of LAFCO they will consider the <br />Spheres of Influence of Livemore and Pleasanton, and he felt any request for <br />annexation of this area before determination is made on the Sphere of Influence <br />for Pleasanton, would be premature. Mayor Mercer suggested that Council schedule <br />a Special Meeting to discuss Pleasanton's Sphere of Influence, and direct staff <br />regarding a report to be presented at the August meeting of LAFCO. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented his memorandum regarding AB 100, a bill which would <br />create a state law that would specify that the owner of property who was going <br />to condiminize the units be required to notify all buyers of any defects or mal- <br />functions. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded <br />by Councilmember Mohr, to support AB 100 (Harris) Real Property, and to notify <br />Senators Holmdahl and Petris of this support. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Wood, and Mayor .Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Kephart <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> 2. 6/23/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
