Councilmember Mohr requested that a letter be sent to LAFCO supporting Dublin's <br /> incorporation. Councilmember Butler advised that Pleasanton's position on this issue <br /> is that Dublin voters have the right to determine their own destiny on the matter of <br /> incorporation. Mr. Harris advised this isthe same plan as previously <br />approved by Council with only the change in definition. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed <br />on the application and the Negative Declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />Resolution No. 81-64, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br />outlined in the City's guidelines and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate for <br />rezonlng of the approximately one acre site located near the intersection of Santa <br />Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard, just north of Fire Station No. 3, from the <br />RM-25 (Multi-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development-High <br />Density Residential) District, and for development plan approval for a 16-unit town- <br />house residential development on the site, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. 3/10/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
