Non-Resident <br /> Minimum 2.14 2.84 <br /> Per Yard 2.71 3.60 <br /> Per Ton 13.25 17.60 <br /> <br /> with billing to begin on April 1, 1981, and pro-rated accordingly, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAINED: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br /> Request for Exemption from RAP for Tract 4372 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 81:37) dated February 3, 1981, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Fairfield, Civil Engineer representing Ernest Pestana, owner of Tract <br /> 4372, stated he concurred with the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />Resolution No. 81-37, after finding that the project meets all of the requirements <br />and criteria for being granted the special exemption from the Residential Allocation <br />Program and because granting such an exemption would not have any negative impact <br />upon RAP or the area of the project, approve that the 49-1ot Tract 4372 (Pestana) <br />be exempt from the Residential Allocation Program, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Adoption of ordinance amending Title II~ Chapter 1 b~ adding Article 13 (Condominium~ <br />Townhouse and Stock Cooperative Convers~hs) ..... <br />(Contd.
