Councilmember Butler reported on a meeting wi~h the staff of Zone ~ regarding <br />water reclamation and advised that there would be further discussion relative to <br />specific technical criterion for water reclamation. He stated that a Special Meet- <br />ing has been scheduled on February 4, 1981, 2:30 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria <br />for LPWRA, TAC, PAC, and the engineers and EIR consultants to discuss the best <br />method to continue the water reclamation study. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr. Mike Harris, representing the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors, <br />requested that the condominium conversion ordinance scheduled for public hearing <br />on February 10, 1981, be continued for decision until the end of the four month <br />moratorium period, to allow all needed information to be obtained. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer advised that he had received a communication from the Chamber of <br />Commerce requesting this item be continued until the end of the four month moratorium <br />period in order to obtain as much information as possible in the context of Pleasan- <br />ton's housing needs. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr requested a copy of all information regarding housing need <br />figures as soon as that information is available from the Southern Alameda County <br />Board of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing regarding the adop- <br />tion of an ordinance amending Title II, Chapter 1 by adding Article 13 relative to <br />Condominium, Townhouse, and Stock Cooperative Conversions, continued Open to the <br />meeting of April 14, 1981, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria, and requested that all <br />interested persons be notified of this continuance (the end of the four month mora- <br />torium being April 23, 1981). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Application for develo~pment plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for <br />the approximately 54±acre site located on the west side of Foothill Ro.ad~ approxi- <br />mately 300 feet north of Bernal Avenue for a 24-1ot~ 35~000 sq. ft. minimum lot <br />size,_..eingle-fami!y residential development. The property is zoned HPD (Hillgide <br />Planned D~velopment) District <br /> <br />On the basis of an Initial Stud7 of the potential environmental impacts of the <br />project, the Direc~gr of Planning and Community DevelOpment has determined that <br />the proposed project would not have anX pgtential significant adverse effects on <br />the environment and that an environmental impact report need not be prepared. This <br />Initial Stud7 is available for review at the Planning Division~ 200 Bernal Avenue~ <br />Pleasanton.
