Councilmember Mohr stated she had visited daycare centers and felt they were managed well. She stated that other daycare centers had been approved by the Plan- ning Commission without any complaints ever being received on them, and that there was very little reason to expect any complaints from these two centers. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, to approve the appeals of Faris Reali and Christine Hoptry, and to grant the Conditional Use Permit to allow a maximum of twelve children in their respective day care centers, with a review to be scheduled in six months to ascertain if there had been any com- plaints filed against the centers. ~ Mayor Mercer stated he felt there was no reason to have a six month review of these daycare centers, and that they were important and logical centers in the neighborhood.
