Mr. Mix stated that the Hansen property owners and Ponderosa Homes will come <br /> back with an agreement between now and next month, and he requested that this item <br /> be continued until that time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Parcel No. 3, CPK Associates parcel proposed for residential development and has no <br /> frontage on Santa Rita Road, be excluded from the Assessment District; and that <br /> Parcel No. 6, proposed Valley Memorial Hospital site, and Parcel No. 7, proposed <br /> Kaiser Clinic/Hospital, be left in the Assessment District pending further studies <br /> of these properties. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br />T~ It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, to <br />CO delete Parcel No. 61 on Santa Rita Road from the Assessment District, and instructed <br /> staff to prepare the appropriate petition for circulation relative to the North <br />~ Pleasanton Assessment District. <br />~[ The roll call vote was as follows: <br />~ AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br /> Speed Zoning Recommendation - Santa Rita Road from 1-580 to Eastbound 1-580 Off-ramp <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 81:444) dated December 15, 1981, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1012, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> establishing the speed limit on Santa Rita Road from the intersection of the east- <br /> bound Highway 580 - Santa Rita Road (south) off-ramp to the northerly City limits <br /> to 40 MPH from 55 MPH, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br /> Report on Sports Park - Proposed.Development of Phase IV <br /> Mrs. Bengtson presented her report (SR 81:451) dated December 17, 1981, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he was concerned that there would not be adequate <br /> parking spaces at the far end of the park.
