205 <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer indicated that condition number 6 should be worded <br /> as strongly as condition number 22. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1007, to be read by title only and waiving <br />further reading thereof, approving PUD-81-28, the application of <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company for development plan approval <br />of the above-described project, adding condition number 52 requiring <br />any roses which cannot be reused on the site shall be relocated to <br />the Century House;l'adding to condition 46 that the funds for traffic <br />signals shall be retained for two years; condition number 6 to be <br />redrawn so as to read similar to condition number 22 and condition <br />number 51 to conform to condition number 50 as to the time'of perform- <br />ante. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Buti'er, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton for amendments to the zonin~ <br />Ordinance pertainln~ to parking ~quir~ments ~nd development ~'tandards <br />for small, multi-family ~esidentialren~al ~nlts in the H0wntoW~'area. <br /> <br /> There being no comments either for or against the proposal, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1008, to be read by title only and waiving <br />further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for amendments to the zoning ordinance pertaining to parking <br />requirements and development standards for small, multi-family residential <br />rental units in the downtown area, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYE'S: 'Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />HOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> No negative declaration was required for the above. ordinance <br />as the application is covered by a categorical exemption. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were none. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORT S <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Actions Taken by-the Planning.
