CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Butler, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be <br /> approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for November 9, 1981, November 10, <br /> 1981 and November 16, 1981. <br /> <br />b. This item was considered in conjunction with item 138. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No.' 81-398, amending the Second Amended <br /> Engineer's Report; Assessment District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton <br /> Business Park. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-399, amending Resolution No. 81-212, <br /> Declaring Surplus in Improvement Fund; Assessment District No. <br /> 1974-5, Stoneridge Center. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-400, Authorization to pay relocation <br /> and moving expenses for Mr. and Mrs. Angel Negron. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-401, Acceptance of a public service <br /> easement from Brentwood Holding Company for a 2 ft. widening of an <br /> existing sidewalk to accommodate the Sunol Boulevard Bike Lane. <br /> <br /> g. This item was removed pending further negotiations. <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-402, setting public hearing for Housing <br /> Authority Cooperative Agreement. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCI~.~MBERS <br /> Councilmemb~'r Butl'e~ discussed the Peripheral Canal issue and made <br />a motion, seconded by Mayor Mercer,' to put on the ballot for the next <br />general election an'advisory vote by city voters regarding the Peripheral <br />Canal issue. Councilmember Mohr asked what action the City should take <br />after the vote and Councilmember Butler indicated there would be no <br />action, merely an advisory vote showing our interest to the Legislature. <br />There was a discussion of the cost of adding this issue and staff advised <br />there would not be any additional cost except for the addition of any <br />wording and its translation. <br />The roll call vote was as follows~to adopt... Resolution 81-403: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer requested staff to put together a report as to the <br />situation regarding Komandorski Village since the incorporation of Dublin, <br />i.e., (a) where is it; in Dublin or not, (b) if in Dublin, when do they <br />take control from tlousing Authority; if not'in Dublin, will the Housing <br />Authority continue its control or will Dublin assume that? <br /> <br /> -2- 11/24/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
