63, <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br /> Resolution No. 81-302, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental' <br /> study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br /> outlined in the City's guidelines and that a mitigated negative declaration is appro- <br /> priate for development plan approval for a 21-unit townhouse development proposed to <br /> be located on the north side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the <br />· intersection of Harvest Road and Del Valle Parkway, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Mayor <br /> Mercer, that Ordinance No. 995, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br /> thereof, approving the application of Vermillion Development Company for development <br /> plan approval for a 21-unit townhouse development proposed to'be located on the north <br /> side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of Harvest <br /> Road and Del Valle Parkway, the property is zoned PUD-Medium Density Residential Dis- <br /> trict, subject to Conditions 1, and 5 through 31 of the staff report to the Planning <br /> Commission dated August 12, 1981, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Application of Morrison Homes for development p.l~n approval ~or a .75-1qt .sin~lR- <br /> family residential Planned Unit Development to be located on the north side of <br /> yalley Avenue, between Kolln Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks. He presented a written communication dated <br /> September 8, 1981, describing the use of Utility Vault Company, and requesting that <br /> the developer be required to provide a report or handout reflecting this industrial <br /> use for the information of prospective purchasers so there will not be any problems <br /> later on relative to this matter. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> 7. 9/8/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
