He stated the <br /> plan had been presented to the neighbors and they requested additional landscaping, <br /> which has been added to the plan. He stated that regarding density, the number of <br /> units proposed is right for the site and there are adequate sideyards. He concluded <br /> by stating he felt this is a good project and should be approved. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dave McLelland, with Vetmillion Development Company, discussed density <br /> stating this type of development does not require recreation facilities because <br /> of the nature of its inhabitants and that the project is near various City recrea- <br /> tional facilities. He stated the developer is trying for affordability by using <br /> zero lot lines. There will be adequate on-site space for decks, spas, etc., if a <br /> homeowner so desires. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br /> closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> 6. 9/s/s <br /> <br /> <br />
