It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Ordinance No. 996, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of Morrison Homes for development plan approval for a 75 lot single-family residential Planned Unit Development to be located on the north side of Valley Avenue, between Kolln Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks, the existing zoning of the property is PUD-MediumDensity Residential (Planned Unit Development) District, subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2049, be introduced.
