<br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 982 was introducedon June 23, 1981, by
<br /> a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that
<br />Ordinance No. 982, approving the application of Castlewood Properties, Inc., for a
<br />HiEside Planned Development for the approximately 48 acre site located on the ~est
<br />side of Foothill Road, Just north of Bernal A~enue for a 23-1ot, 25,000 sq. ft.
<br />minimum lot size, single-family residential development zoned HPD (Hillside Planned
<br />Development) District, be adopted.

<br />protected in this ordinance. Mayor Mercer advised that it wasn't a matter covered
<br />in the ordinance..

<br />Ordinance No. 983, approvtng the application of the Taubman Company, Inc., for
<br />development agreement for the following parcels of land: (1) the 43.9+ acres con-
<br />sisring of the eastern and western portion of the area surrounded by StoneridgeMall
<br />Road (Assessor's Parcel 941-1201-30); (2) 4+ acre site on the north side of Stone-
<br />ridge Mall Road adjacent to Highway 580 (a portion of Assessor's Parcel 941-1201-33);
<br />and (3) a .9+ acre site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Stone-
<br />ridge Mall Road and Canyon Way, be adopted~
