Miller to connect her residence at 11933 Dublin Road to <br /> the City's water system unless she agrees to annex her property to the City, and to <br /> pay the normal City and Zone 7 connection fees. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Authorization of Annexation No. 93~ Mutual Land Company - Crellin Road <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:144) dated April 20, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br /> Resolution No. 82-142, authorizing the annexation of Annexation No. 93, approximately <br /> 48 acres of land located at the easterly terminus of Crellin Road owned by Mutual <br />~ Land Company, be adopted. <br />~ The roll call vote was as follows: <br />CO AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor Butler - <br /> NOES: Councilmember Wood <br />~ ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Allocation of Small Pro~ects; Growth Management Program <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:157) dated April 22, 1982, regarding this <br /> matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Burke Critchfield, Attorney representing Foothill Knolls, asked how this <br /> allocation affected his client.
