339 It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1031, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of Ernest and Charlotte Jones to rezone approximately 4.5 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Rose Avenue and Rose Lane from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District, be introduced. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Wood Application of the Cit~ of Pleasanton to rezone two parcels totallin$ approximately one acre at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue (Lane) from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-l-20 or R-l-10 (Single-family Residential) District or to any. other zoning dis- trict consistent with the General Plan On the basis of an Initial Study of the potential environmental impacts of the project, the Director of Planning and Community Development has determined that the proposed pro'3'eCt wo~l~ not have ~ny potential significant adverse effects on the environment and that an environmental impact report need not be prepared. This Initial Study is available for review at the Planning Division~ 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton.
