<br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 82:71) dated February 17, 1982, regarding

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that
<br /> Resolution No. 82-76, authorizing the City of Pleasanton to participate in the State
<br /> Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program and to execute a contract with the Department of
<br /> the California Highway Patrol regarding participation in the program, be adopted.
