<br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 82:76) dated February 17, 1982, regarding

<br />_ After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council-
<br /> member Wood, that Resolution No. 82-69, approving the joint exercise of power agree-
<br /> ment between the City of Pleasanton and the City of Newark creating the Pleasanton-
<br /> Newark Home Financing Authority to sell mortgage revenue bonds, designating members,
<br /> and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the agreement, be adopted.
<br /> The roll call vote was as follows:
<br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer
<br /> NOES: None
<br /> ABSENT: None

<br /> Mid-Year Budget Review
<br /> Mrs. Wagner presented her report (SR 82:78) dated February 17, 1982, regarding
<br /> this matter, for the information of the Council.
<br />
<br /> Council reviewed the report, and thanked Mrs. Wagner for her comprehensive and
<br /> concise status report on the financial condition of the General Fund, Water Enter-
<br /> prise Fund, and the Sewer Enterprise Fund based on the first six months of the
<br /> fiscal year. No action was required or taken by Council on this item.

<br /> Matters for the Information of the Council
<br /> Mayor Mercer presented the Information Report of the Director of Public Works
<br /> and Utilities (IR 82:5) dated February 10, 1982, transmitting the Minutes from the
<br /> Staff Traffic Committee Meeting of January 27, 1982, for the information of the
<br /> Council. No action was required or taken by Council on this item.

<br /> Assessment District 1982-1, Old Dublin Road Improvements
<br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:75) dated February 17, 1982, regarding
<br /> this matter.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that
<br /> Resolution No. 82-70, a resolution accepting petition, Assessment District 1982-1,
<br /> Old Dublin Road Improvements, be adopted.
<br /> The roll call vote was as follows:
