Comments on this decision ma7 be directed to either the <br /> Planning staff prior to the above meetins date~ or directly to the City Council <br /> at the above noticed meeting <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:7) dated January 5, 1982, regarding this <br /> matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Leonard McVicar, Pacific Urban Design, representing Stoneson Associates, <br /> presented the project and explained the demographics of the site. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed on this item. <br /> <br /> The negative declaration relative to this project has previously been approved <br /> therefore no action was taken on it at this time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1015, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> approving the application of Stoneson Associates for Planned Unit Development-High <br /> Density Residential zoning on a 6.6 acre site located at the southwest corner of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and 1-680, subject to the following condition: "That the action <br /> taken in Case PUD-81-31 is solely to zone the property Planned Unit Development- <br /> High Density Residential. This action does not consitute approval of any specific <br /> number of dwelling units or site or architectural design on the subject property. <br /> Rezoning to PUD-High Density Residential means only that the density can be 6-1/2 <br /> dwelling units per acre or greater.
