Open from 12-22-81) <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:16) dated December 17, 1981, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing open on the application and the <br />mitigated negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Preston Cox, representing Daon Corporation, briefly outlined the proposed <br />project and statedthat it is in a good location and is a good sized project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Leonard McVicar, Pacific Urban Design, elaborated on the development plan <br />and presented drawings revealing the mixed uses of the area; houses, parks, commer- <br />cial, office, plazas, and other amenities. He stated the project will have a large <br />open space and park totally developed by the developer, and will include an amphi- <br />theatre.
