Councilmember Butler stated he was not concerned with the appearance of the <br /> building or the frontage on Stoneridge Drive but did have concerns about the open <br /> yard and how much of that will be visible and he would like to see what could be <br /> done in improving the screening at this portion of the project. Mr. Scheidig <br /> advised that screening trees will soon grow to 25 ft. in height; and that if <br /> Council desires a larger type tree they are willing to consider it. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood stated he had some concerns about noise.
