<br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-342, authorizing staff to enter into an agreement
<br /> with the State of California to receive grant money for extrapolation of Census
<br /> Data for the Housing Element revision, in the amount of $1,986.00.

<br /> - o. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-343, determining that Kaiser Foundation Health
<br /> Plan Development is in full compliance with their development agreement and that
<br /> Phase I has begun as allowed by the agreement but Phases II and III have not com-
<br /> menced and that any future submittal will be governed by the terms of the agree-
<br /> ment.
<br />
<br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-344, denying the application for Late Claim of John
<br /> Dunn in the amount of $55,000.00 for injuries he alleges he received when he fell
<br /> while playing tennis at the indoor tennis facility at the fairgrounds on November
<br /> 21, 1981, and referring the matter to the City A~torney for further handling.
<br />
<br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-345, extending the existing agreement between the
<br /> City and the County for fire service to the Remen Tract, Castlewood, and Happy
<br /> Valley, for one year to June 30, 1983, for a minimum payment of $66,494.00.

<br /> r. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-346, approving Claims for the month of July, 1982,
<br /> in the amount of $1,583,473.76.

<br /> s. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-347, accepting a Grant Deed from Pleasanton Pro-
<br /> perties Company for a portion of the Arroyo Del Valle,.required under their
<br /> condominium conversion for recreational purposes and subject to the joint City-
<br /> County maintenance agreement, and authorizing its recording along with appro-
<br /> priate Certificates of Acceptance.
<br />
<br /> .... t. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-348, accepting Grant Deeds from the Pleasanton-
<br /> Santa Rita Partnership and Morici Corporation and from the Hospital Committee for
<br /> the Livermore-Pleasanton area, for public easements and roadway dedication for
<br /> the proposed widening of West Las Positas Boulevard, and authorizing their record-
<br /> ing along with appropriate Certificates of Acceptance.
