109 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 82-325, approving the application of Pacific Telephone Company for <br />development plan approval of a 16,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an <br />approximately 1.6 acre site located on the west side of Willow Road approximately <br />600 feet north of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road, subject to <br />all conditions shown in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2206, be adopted. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Butler to amend the motion to delete Condition 5 from <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2206, which requires the transformer shown near <br />the southeast corner of the building shall be undergrounded or moved to the rear <br />of the building and properly screened. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />The roll call vote on the adoption of Resolution No. 82-325 was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Article 8~ and related portions of <br />.c..hapter 2~ Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to further de- <br />fine regulations related to outdoor sales <br /> Mr. MacDonald advised that the Times had published the public hearing date <br />incorrectly on this item, but had republished the item correctly in a later paper, <br />therefore Council could proceed to consider this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:318) dated August 13, 1982, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer questioned the limit on the number of times per year <br />allowed for outdoor sales. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1051, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Article <br />8, and related portions of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton to further define regulations related to outdoor sales, as presented in <br />Staff Report 82:318, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of Castlewood Properties~ and Kamp~ Kral and Crouch for an amendment to <br />the General Plan to change approximately sixteen acres of land at the northeast <br />corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues from Medium Density Residential land use designa- <br />tion to the High Density Residential designation <br /> <br />Consider adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item dismissed from the agenda, as requested by Mr. <br />Art Dunkley, representing Castlewood Properties and Kamp, Kral and Crouch, by letter <br />dated August 12, 1982, asking that this application be withdrawn. <br /> <br /> 11. 8/24/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
