107 <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No. 1046~ approving the application of Meyer Properties~ Inc.~ <br /> for development plan approval (Phase 2) for the northwestern portion of an approxi- <br /> .mately 82 acre site including approximately 484~000 sq. f.t. of office~ research and <br /> development~ and light industrial uses located at the northwest corner of the <br /> intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive <br /> (Intro..8T10-827.4-Ayes~ 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Butler stated that Ordinance No. 1046 was introduced on August 10, 1982, by <br /> a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 1046, approving the application of Meyer Properties, Inc., for develop- <br />ment plan approval (Phase 2) for the northwestern portion of an approximately 82 acre <br />site including approximately 484,000 sq. ft. of office, research and development, and <br />light industrial uses located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard <br />Road and Stoneridge Drive, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1047, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />for'modification of an approved planned unit development (Ordinance No. 973) for an <br />approximately 82 acre site located northwest of Hopyard Road and StoneridMe Drive <br />.~o require that applications for design review approval be presented before the <br />~ity Council for review and approval <br />(Intro. 8-10-82~ 4-Ayes~ 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Butler stated that Ordinance No. 1047 was introduced on August 10, 1982, by <br />a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Ordinance No. 1047, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton for modifica- <br />tion of an approved planned unit development (Ordinance No. 973) for an approximately <br />82 acre site located northwest of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive to require that <br />applications for design review approval be presented before the City Council for re- <br />view and approval, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1048~ apprpving the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />to amend Article 16~ Cha ter 2~ Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton' to allow for Mcompact" parking sp~es as a p~oportio~' of the total re- <br />quired number of parking spaces for pro3ects in other than the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) and C-R (Commercial Regional) zonin~ districts <br />(Intro. 8-10-82~ 4-Ayes~ 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Butler stated that Ordinance No. 1048 was introduced on August 10, 1982, by <br />a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Ordinance No. 1048, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Article <br />16, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow for <br />"compact" parking spaces as a proportion of the total required number of parking <br />spaces for projects in other than the PUD (Planned Unit Development) and C-R (Commer- <br />cial Regional) zoning districts, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 12. 8/24/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
