(one <br />storT)~ apd 39~00~0 sq. ft~ (ope storX) on an approximately 8.3 acre site~ located <br />on the east side of Hacienda Drive between Gibraltar Drive and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard. Zoning for .the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial/ <br />Industrial/Offices District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:297) dated August 2, 1982, regarding the <br />above items. He advised that an Environmental Impact Report relating to these appli- <br />cations had previously been approved. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the six items. <br /> <br /> Mr. Joe Call'ahan, representing Callahan-Pentz Properties, presented a brief <br />description of the proposed buildings on his three lots, and their uses. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roger Gage, representing Prudential Insurance Company, presented a brief <br />description of the proposed buildingS on his three lots, and their uses. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to these items. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 82-292, approving the application of Prudential Insurance Company for <br />design approval for an approximately 45,500 sq. ft. building on an approximately 3.5 <br />acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard and Willow Road, subject to all of the conditions recommended by staff, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 82-293, approving the application of Prudential Insurance Company for <br />design approval for an approximately 64,000 sq. ft. building on an approximately 4.8 <br />acre site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Inglewood Drive and <br />Willow Road, subject to all of the conditions recommended by staff, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 82-294, approving the application of Prudential Insurance Company for <br />design approval for an approximately 82,500 sq. ft. building on an approximately 6 <br />acre site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard and Hacienda Drive, subject to all of the conditions recommended by staff, <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> 8. 8/lo/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
