Application of the City of Pleasanton for modification of an approved planned unit <br />development (Ordinance No. 973) for an approximately 82 acre site located northwest <br />of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive to require that applications for design review <br />approval be presented before the City Council for review and approval <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:295) dated August 2, 1982, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Turpie, representing Meyer Properties, stated he concurred with the <br />modification as proposed. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Ordinance No. 1047, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of the City of Pleasanton for modification of an approved <br />planned unit development (Ordinance No. 973) for an approximately 82 acre site lo- <br />cated northwest of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive to require that applications for <br />design review approval be presented before the City Council for review and approval, <br />be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler stated that the following six public hearings would be considered <br />at one time. <br /> <br />Application of Prudential Insurance Company for design. approval for an approximately <br />45~500 sq. f~. building on an approximately 3.5 acre site located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (P.~anned Unit Development)-Commercial/Industrial/Office <br />District <br /> <br />Application of Prudential Insurance Company for design approval for an approximately <br />64,000 sq. ft. building on an approximately 4.8 acre site located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of In~lewood Drive and Willow Road. Zoning for the pro- <br />erty is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Commercial/Industrial/Offices District <br /> <br />Application of Prudential Insurance Company for design approval for an approximately <br />82~500 sq. ft. buildin~on an approximately 6 acre site located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hacienda Drive. The <br />property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial/Industrial/Offices Dis- <br />trict <br /> <br />Application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design approval for a two structure <br />office complex of approximately ~1,000 ~q. ft. (one story) and 31~000 sq. ft. (two <br />stories) on an approximately 4 acre site, located at the northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Commercial/Industrial/Offices District <br /> <br />Application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design approval for an approximately <br />75~000 sq. ft. four story building on an approximately 4 acre site~ located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial/Industrial/Offices <br />District <br /> 7. 8/10/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
