Resolutions initiating application to LAFCO, agreein~ to distribution of property taxes~ and initiating prezonin~ for Annexation No. 101 (The Jordan Group) Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:302) dated August 4, 1982, regarding this matter. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- member Brandes, that Resolution No. 82-301, making application to LAFCO for Annexa- tion No. 101, Trenery Drive (Jordan Group), be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, ~- that Resolution No. 82-302, agreeing to the exchange of property tax revenue for F" Annexation No. 101, Trenery Drive (Jordan Group), be adopted. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 82-304, giving conceptual approval as to alignment and design for the proposed realignment of Johnson Drive east of Hopyard Road, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr Review of Construction Bids for Police Facility and Request Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation to obtain Bond Bids This item was considered after Item 7 on the agenda for this meeting. Cost Accountin~ for Nuisance Abatement; 1982 Mr. Walker presented the report of the Fire Marshal (SR 82:288) dated August 2, 1982, regarding this matter. Mayor Butler asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak in protest to this item. No one addressed the Chair.
