Resolutions initiating application to LAFCO, agreein~ to distribution of property <br /> taxes~ and initiating prezonin~ for Annexation No. 101 (The Jordan Group) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:302) dated August 4, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Brandes, that Resolution No. 82-301, making application to LAFCO for Annexa- <br /> tion No. 101, Trenery Drive (Jordan Group), be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />~- that Resolution No. 82-302, agreeing to the exchange of property tax revenue for <br />F" Annexation No. 101, Trenery Drive (Jordan Group), be adopted. <br />CD The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />m NOES: None <br />[] ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-303, initiating prezoning to a zoning district in conform- <br /> ance with the General Plan for Annexation No. 101, Trenery Drive (Jordap Group), <br /> be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> -- ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> RepoTt on proposed realiSnment of Johnson Drive east of Hopyard Road <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:303) dated August 4, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-304, giving conceptual approval as to alignment and design <br /> for the proposed realignment of Johnson Drive east of Hopyard Road, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Review of Construction Bids for Police Facility and Request Pleasanton Public <br /> Facilities Corporation to obtain Bond Bids <br /> This item was considered after Item 7 on the agenda for this meeting. <br /> <br /> Cost Accountin~ for Nuisance Abatement; 1982 <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Fire Marshal (SR 82:288) dated August 2, <br /> 1982, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak in protest to this <br /> item.
