REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER (Contd.) <br />Report on Request for Annexation~ 3683 Vineyard Avenue (north side of Vineyard <br />Avenue west of Lind~9, W_a. 7) Will and Gladys Heinrich <br />(Contd. from 7-13-82 and 7-27-82) <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting of September 14, 1982, <br />for full Council attendance, at the request of Mr. William Hirst, Attorney for Mr. <br />and Mrs. Heinrich. <br /> <br />Clarification of P.U.D. 81~-71 Foothill Knolls <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:292) dated August 2, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued as to whether or not 80 or 81 lots were originally <br />approved under this Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynn Bower, representing Foothill Knolls, stated the Minutes were confusing <br />but that it was his recollection that 81 lots were approved and that he has pre- <br />pared his Tentative Map to reflect 81 lots for development. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ron Grider, owner of the property, stated the application had specifically <br />asked for 81 lots and it was his understanding that this was approved. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Butler, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Brandes, that Resolution No. 82-298, stating that P.U.D. 81-7, Foothill Knolls, be <br />clarified to show that 80 lots had been approved for development, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />Report on Request from Ponderosa Homes for time extension on Subdivision Improve- <br />ment Agreement for Tract 4738 (Country Fair) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:306 dated August 4, 1982, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 82-299, approving the time extension on Subdivision Improvement Agree- <br />ment for Tract 4738, Country Fair, Unit 2, Ponderosa Homes, extending the time until <br />September 30, 1983, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />Report on Request from Warmington Development for extension of time for Subdivision <br />Agreement for Tract 3148 (Fairlands,,_U~nit 8) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:307) dated August 4, 1982, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 82-300, approving the time extension on Subdivision Improvement Agree- <br />ment for Tract 3148, Fairlands, Unit 8, Warmington Development, Inc., extending the <br />time until September 1, 1983, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> n. 8/lo/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
