The propertyiS_currently zoned PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment)-Medium Density Residential District½ and Consideration of Adoption of NeMa- <br />tive Declaration <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on this item and continued to the <br />meeting of August 10, 1982, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, at the <br />request of Mr. Art Dunkley, representing Castlewood Properties, Inc. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested staff to display a pictorial map of the Mohr- <br />Martin area at the next meeting to show the various proposals being considered in <br />this area at the present time. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1045~ approvin~ and authorizing the execution of a facility <br />lease with the City of Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation to finance the con- <br />struction of a police facility for the City of Pleasanton <br />(Intro. 7-13-821 5-Ayes) <br /> Mayor Butler stated that Ordinance No. 1045 was introduced on July 13, 1982, by <br />a vote of 5-Ayes, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 82:283) dated July 21, 1982, regarding <br />various alternatives for the long term financing program for the police facility. <br /> <br /> Cit ' <br /> Mr. Ernest Bodner, representing Stone and Youngberg, the y s Bond Counsel, <br />advised that it would be better to leave the alternatives open at this time so as <br />to be able to determine at a later date which, in their judgement, is the best <br />method for long term financing, which will be dictated by the bond market at the <br />time of call. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1045, approving and authorizing the execution of a <br />facility lease with the City of Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation to finance <br />the construction of a police facility for the City of Pleasanton, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. 7/27/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
