Comments on this decision may be directed either <br /> to the plannin~ staff prior to the above meeting date or directly to the City <br /> Council at the above noticed meeting <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:246) dated July 1, 1982, regarding 'this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the application and the nega- <br /> tive declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tom Terrill, representing Reynolds and Brown, presented a brief summary of <br />the proposed alterations to the primary access and circulation pattern of the <br />Pleasanton Business Park. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing <br />closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that Resolution No. 82-241, determining on the basis of a review of initial environ- <br />mental study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would <br />occur as outlined in the City~s guidelines and that a negative declaration is appro- <br />priate to modify PUD-82-01 and PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration <br />to the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre business <br />park located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1-580 and Hopyard <br />Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Ordinance No. 1044, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of Reynolds and Brown for a modification to PUD-82-01 and <br />PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration to the primary access and cir- <br />culation pattern of an approximately 56 acre business park located near the southwest <br />quadrant of the intersection of 1-580 and Hopyard Road, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />A~reement for Appraisal Services in Johnson Drive Realignment <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 82:268) <br />dated July 13, 1982, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 82-242, approving the agreement for appraisal ser- <br />vices between the City of Pleasanton and Melvin P.
