207 Mr. Bill Selway, 2313 Martin Avenue, indicated he agreed the PUD zoning would be a good control. He stated he would like to see 40,000 sq. ft. lots in the area. Mr. Selway also indicated that before making a decion, Council should see the area personally. After discussion, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing continued open on this item to the meeting of August 24, 1982, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
