He stated he agreed with the zoning <br />and open space designation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Frank Belecky, Secretary of the Vintage Hills Homeowners Association, speak- <br />ing on behalf of Ron Schneider, President, stated the Homeowner's group supports this <br />application. <br /> <br /> Ms. Nancy Storch, 3193 Chardonnary Drive, stated the location is ideally situated <br />for a park and will benefit the area because there is a lack of park facilities in <br />Vintage Hills. She stated this park will allow for a play field, open space for the <br />high density condominium projects that are without recreation facilities, it will <br />make a nice entrance into the neighborhood, and will allow foot access from Vineyard <br />and Tarmy. She stated this is a reasonable compromise between high density and open <br />space. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, stated he support~ the high density resi- <br />dential and open space, and added that this development will aid in the housing <br />shortage. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed <br />on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> 7. 12/6/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
