Zoning for the property. is I-P (Industrial <br />Park) District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his reports (SR 83:422), (SR 83:4'23)~ '(SR 83:424), and <br />(SR 83:425) dated September 30, 1983, regarding these items. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on all four items. <br /> <br /> Mr. V;arren Sattler, Prudential Insurance Company, presented a brief overview of <br />the twelve buildings previously approved, their location, their square footage, de- <br />sign and useage. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler asked what the percentage of total build-out of the business park <br />would be including the four applications for an additional ten buildings that are <br />before Council tonight, and is this within the original Phase I limitation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dennis Samon, Attorney representing Prudential Insurance Company, advised <br />that all buildings already approved plus those being considered tonight will be less <br />than 20~ well under the Judge's percentages of build-out which have been discussed <br />as creating a possible imbalance. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tony Meier, developer, reviewed the design plans for two light industrial <br />buildings on ~est Las Positas Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Mr. David Wright, representing Callahan Pentz Properties, reviewed ~he design <br />plans for a three building office/industrial complex proposed for a 11.5 acre site <br />located between Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge Drive.
