No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />Memorandum from Planning Commission Chairman Regarding. Painting Curb Medians White <br /> Mayor Butler presented the memorandum of Bill Jamieson, Chairman of the Planning <br />Commission, dated September 12, 1983, regarding painting divider curbs. Council took <br />no action regarding this matter, and instructed staff to note and file the memorandum. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr asked if it would be feasible to have a member of the Planning <br />Commission on the Staff Traffic Committee. Mr. Walker advised that these meetings are <br />open to the public but the committee is composed of staff personnel only. Staff was <br />instructed to send copies of the Staff Traffic Committee agendas and minutes to mem- <br />bers of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Report on Recommendation from the General Plan Review Committee for Additional Com- <br />puter Equipment for the Master Signal Controller <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:398) dated September 22, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />directing staff to continue to monitor the development of the MP-3 auxiliary computer <br />and appropriate software for the Master Signal Controller, and to make appropriate <br />recommendations for purchase along with future budget considerations relative to <br />additional computer equipment as requested by the General Plan Review Committee. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Remort on Modifications to Approved PUD Development Plans <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:415) dated September 21, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer stated he felt Council should review any plan that has had <br /> <br /> 8. 9/27/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
