Adoption of Resolution No. 83-412, denying the claim of Russell C. Self in the sum <br /> of $400,000, for injuries incurred in an accident which occurred on April 20, 1983, <br /> when Mr. Russell was a passenger in a car which lost control and hit a tree on <br /> Kottinger Drive. <br /> <br /> w.
