Mr. Walker presented a letter from Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach, dated July 25, 1983, objecting to the inclusion of a temporary 8 ft. wide bicycle and pedestrian path along the south side of the Del Valle Parkway and its extension westerly to Wyoming Street, stating they felt that a 4 ft. wide temporary, pedestrian-only sidewalk along the north side of the Del Va!le Parkway connecting to the existing sidewalk at the end of the existing street would be adequate. Staff had no object to this change. Council concurred with the changed as submitted by Messrs. Auf der Maur and Rickenbach. q. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-294, designating new locations for bus stops on Hopyard Road, as set forth in Staff Report 83:279, dated July 21, 1983. r. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-295, approving Program Supplement No. 22 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements (Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive signalization). s.
