As soon as possible, return the construction plans to City Council for review <br /> and approval and provide a progress report on the fence work, <br /> <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: CouncilmemjDer Brandes <br /> <br />Report on Request of Helmet and Adele Stonawski for Annexation of their property <br />at the northeast corner of Sunol Boulevard and Sycamore Road <br />Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:283) dated July 21, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 83-319, denying the request of Helmet and Adele Stonawski for annexa- <br />tion of their property at the northeast corner of Sunol Boulevard and Sycamore Road, <br />and advising the Stonawski's that their request for annexation will again be con- <br />sidered after completion of the Happy Valley Annexation study, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />Street Name Change from Thorpe Court to Johnson Court <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:272) dated July 15, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tom Terri!l, representing Reynolds and Brown, stated the name change could <br />be used to encourage a settlement of the eminent domain action on Harris building. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Wood, that Resolution No. 83-320, changing the street name on Parcel Map 3874 <br />from Thorpe Court to Johnson Court, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> There were no matters for the information of the Council presented at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Limits on Trucks Traversing City Streets <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 83:299) dated July 21, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 1096, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> <br /> 17. 7/26/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
