Council took action earlier in the meeting <br />appealing the decision of the Planning Commission in approving Z-83-111, application <br />of Arnold Kruse for zoning certificate approval to allow a home occupation involving <br />periodically keeping a vehicle in excess of one ton (a truck tractor) incidental to a <br />long hauling business at 4363 Second Street.
