329 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br /> Resolution No. 83-216, approving the plans and specifications and agreement for 01d <br /> Santa Rita Road Improvements between Santa Rita Road and 1-580, subject to the follow- <br /> ing conditions: (1) the final design for the project shall provide adequate provisions <br /> to reduce and control any erosion and sedimentation affecting the Tassajara Creek dur- <br /> ing and after construction; (2) the final design for the project shall provide ade- <br /> quate provisions for dust controls during construction; (3) that construction activi- <br /> ties be limited to daytime hours only, during periods approved by the City Engineer; <br /> and authorizing the appropriate city oficials to execute the agreement, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler requested staff to deal with the parking problem at the Old Santa <br /> Rita Road shopping center separately. <br /> <br /> Application of Del Prado Homes to convert to condominium ownership and subdivide 94 <br /> existing rental dwelling units on approximately 3.8 acres of land located at the <br />[] southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Golden Road (the aR~rtments surrounding and <br /> including those at 5196 Golden Road) under the provisions of Chapter 15, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Zoning for the property is <br /> RM-15 (Multi~fami.ly Residential) District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:189) dated May 17, 1983, regarding this <br /> matter, stating that the applicant would like a continuance of this item until <br /> September 27, 1983. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler opened the public hearing on the application of Del Prado Homes to <br /> convert to condominium ownership and subdivide 94 existing rental dwelling units on <br />-- approximately 3.8 acres of land located at the southwest corner to Hopyard Road and <br /> Golden Road (the apartments surrounding and including those at 5196 Golden Road) <br /> under the provisions of Chapter 15, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, and continued this item to the meeting of September 27, 1983, 8:00 P.M., <br /> in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> Mr. William Gissler, 1075 Blossom Drive, Santa Clara, representing Del Prado <br /> Homes, stated that if something can be worked out with the flood control district <br /> it is possible he may be back sooner with his request for condominium conversion. <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no special reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board, and Planning Commission <br /> at their mee'ting of 5-11-83 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:174) dated May 12, 1983, regarding this <br /> matter for the information of the Council.
