<br /> Mayor Butler stated that Ordinance No. 1081 was introduced on April 12, 1983, by
<br /> a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that
<br /> Ordinance No. 1081, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an
<br /> approximately 4728 sq. ft. parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Peters
<br /> and Berna! Avenues from the "0" (Office) District to the "C-C" (Central Commercial)
<br /> District, be adopted.
<br /> The roll call vote was as follows:
<br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler
<br /> NOES: None
<br /> ABSENT: None

<br /> Ordinance No. 1082, amending Chapter 8 (Sewage) of Title II of the Ordinance Code of
<br /> the City of Pleasanton in its entirety, be adopted.

<br />Ordinance and to Permit Public Disclosure of Owners Names, Business Name and Busi-
<br />ness Address
