137 <br /> <br /> Assessment District 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:147) dated April 20, 1983, regarding t~is <br /> matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Brunsell, Bond Counsel, presented the memorandum of proceedings in <br /> connection with Assessment District 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements. He <br /> stated that the resolution ordering the sale of bonds should be withheld at this <br /> meeting and continued for two weeks. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Butler declared the public hearing <br /> closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmen~ber Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, after <br /> hearing no protests, to adopt the following resolutions in connection with Assessment <br /> District 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 83-162 - making finding upon debt limitation <br /> Resolution No. 83-163 - approving report and assessment and ordering improvement <br /> Resolution No. 83-164 - authorizing change orders <br /> Resolution No. 83-165 - concerning foreclosure of delinquent assessment liens <br /> Resolution No. 83-166 - establishing bond reserve fund <br /> Resolution No. 83-167 - awarding construction contract <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Assessment District 1983-2, Hacienda Business Park <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:148) dated April 20, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, to <br />adopt the following resolutions in connection with Assessment District 1983-2, <br />Hacienda Business Park: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-168 - approving report and assessment <br />Resolution No. 83-169 - approving acquisition agreement <br />Resolution No. 83-170 - establishing bond reserve fund <br />Resolution No. 83-171 - concerning foreclosure of delinquent assessment liens <br />Resolution No. 83-172 - ordering sale of bonds <br />Resolution No. 83-173 - appointing paying agent <br />Resolution No. 83-174 - determining assessments remaining unpaid <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 10, 4/26/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
