REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Report on Pleasanton HoUsing GrOup, Inc., Re: Affordable Housing Development <br /> (Contd. from 2-22-83 and 3-2'2-~3) <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting of May 24, 1983, at the <br />request of staff. <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mayor Butler presented the Information Report of the Director of Recreation and <br />Human Resources (IR 83:09) dated April 21, 1983, regarding Century House Redecoration. <br />No action was required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his Information Report (IR 83:08) dated April 20, 1983, <br />regarding the opening of West Las Positas from Santa Rita Road to Hopyard Road. No <br />action was required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Approval of Ponderosa Homes-Hansen Mix .A~Feements <br /> ~r. MacDonal~ ~r~se~ed his report (Sk 83:153) dated April 21, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated he had talked with the City Attorney this date as <br />to whether the remaining growth management approvals and sewer connections would <br />balance out with zoning on the property. Mr. MacDonald advised that the number of <br />outstanding permits is consistent with the density permitted within the R-1-6500 <br />zoning. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor Butler, that Resolu- <br />tion No. 83-175, approving three agreements between the City of Pleasanton and Pon- <br />derosa Homes, Howard C. Hansen, and Ann Marie Mix, related to sewer capacity and <br />growth management approval on the Ponderosa Property, and authorizing the appropriate <br />city officials to execute the agreements, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Approval of Agreement with Zone 7 for Administration Building Site on Hopyard Road <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 83:155) dated April 21, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />approving in concept the scheme for the proposed Zone 7 Administration Building site <br />agreement, and authorizing staff to negotiate the detailed agreement. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Approval of Agreement with Prudential InSurance C~mpa~y for Pa~ent for Improvements <br />to owens Drive east of Hopyard <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 83:152) <br />dated April 21, 1983, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 83-176, approving the agreement with Prudential Insurance Company for <br />payment for improvements to Owens Drive east of Hopyard Road, and authorizing the <br />appropriate city officials to execute the agreement, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 12. 4/26/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
